The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive. the person named Ashish was especially helpful, making sure to accommodate our needs and provide the best possible experience. the hotel had clean and well-maintained rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was very convenient, being near a metro station.
That the television provided in the rooms was not a LED TV, which affected the clarity of the picture and made it a bit boring for entertainment purposes. It would have been nicer to have a better quality TV for passing the time.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. They were always ready to offer assistance whenever I needed it. The location was also great as it was close to the metro station and other key attractions. I also loved the fact that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi which was convenient for keeping in touch with my friends during my easter stay.
the room was not properly cleaned and the linens looked old and worn out. the noise from the busy street outside was quite disturbing and made it difficult for me to have a peaceful night's rest.
